Our comfortably furnished holiday flat offer you a relaxing break in South Tyrol. Our fully furnished apartment is large enough for one to six people.

For mountain enthusiasts, hikers and lovers of nature a summer holiday in Maranza offers many opportunities. Whether you like idyllic hikes across alpine meadows or tours of alpine peaks you will find the right activity on the over 100 km of well looked after alpine meadow paths and high routes. Two mountain railways carry hikers, walkers and mountain bikers comfortably into the higher mountain regions all around. With the Almencard Plus you can use the cable cars free of charge.
With 51 km of perfectly groomed slopes for all skill levels our ski area offers the right mix for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages. There are many other possibilities for an active holiday in addition to skiing: cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing and ski tours.

Price per day: € 80,00 (for 2 persons) - € 110,00 (high season)
Children age 0 - 6 free
Children age 7 - 16 15,00 Euro per day
Prices shown will attract a tourist tax of € 1,55 per day and person aged 14 years and over, payable on departure.
Minimum stay in our apartment is 3 days.
The price includes water, electricity, heating, dishes, dish towels and bed linen.

Arrival & departure
On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready from 2 p.m.
Just let us know in case of late arrival.
At the departure day, we ask you to leave the apartment until 10 a.m.
Cancellations and payment
Payment: Please pay cash on site.
Cancellations: We strive to meet our customer's needs. Cancellations more than 3 months before arrival date are free of charge. In case of no-shows or late cancellations we retain the right to debit a penalty fee.
Contact & How to reach us
Take the Brenner motorway A22 and leave at the Bressanone Nord exit. From there, drive in the direction of Puster Valley/Brunico. After 3-4 km (and before you come to the tunnel), please turn right in the direction of Rio di Pusteria / Maranza / Valles. In Rio di Pusteria turn left onto the mountain road to Maranza.
